Pro-quality results from an almost pocket camera; bright and sharp AMOLED screen; reasonably priced; fast and responsive... 
No integral flash; plasticky build; iFn button and scroll wheel overly sensitive, making for occasionally fiddly operation... 
The NX100 isn't a bad camera but it's not compact enough, it isn't very original and it has no flash or stabilisation system (with the 20-30 mm kit lens, at least). There are better compacts with interchangeable lenses out there...
